Adrien Dhondt-Grellet, Flavigny
One of grower Champagne's most brilliant young talents, Adrien Dhondt-Grellet has transformed his estate into one of the region’s most sought-after names since taking over in 2012. Drawing inspiration from Burgundy’s finest, he pairs organic farming and living soils with meticulous barrel ageing. Frédéric Savart, Écueil
A former footballer turned cult winemaker, Frédéric Savart is one of grower Champagne’s most dynamic figures. Championing a Burgundian-inspired pursuit of purity, he crafts expressive, terroir-driven Champagnes from prized villages. Emmanuel Brochet, Villers-Aux-Nœuds
From a tiny 2.5-hectare plot, Emmanuel Brochet has created one of Champagne’s most thrilling cult estates.
