Ledy Vins: Beauty Beyond the Bottle

'Great wine, is great art, my friend' - Stephen Spurrier

Founded in 2023 by Aurélie Ledy, Ledy Vin was born from a deep passion for crafting vibrant, sincere cuvées that faithfully express the individuality of their terroir. Based in the heart of Nuits-Saint-Georges, the domaine produces wines from six appellations spanning both the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune. Rooted in Burgundian tradition yet driven by a spirit of raw artistic expression, Ledy Vin embraces an approach where intuition, emotion and authenticity guide every step.

For Aurélie, each vineyard possesses its own voice, and her ambition is to translate the richness and nuance of every terroir into the soul of the wine itself. Organically farming two hectares, the domaine seeks harmony between respect for nature and the creation of captivating, finely detailed wines. Every vintage is approached as a new beginning, an opportunity to respond sensitively to the growing season through instinctive vineyard work and meticulous care in the cellar. Gentle, extended pressing and a restrained use of new oak preserve freshness, purity and delicacy throughout the wines.

Production remains extremely limited, with just 300 to 1,000 bottles produced per cuvée, making these wines rare and deeply personal expressions of both craftsmanship and artistry.

The 2024 vintage features labels created in collaboration with Tajikistani artist Anna Bakurova. Inspired by the beauty and vulnerability of the human form, her poetic photography explores the harmony between the natural world, the wines of Ledy Vin and human expression itself. This evolving artistic collaboration lies at the heart of the domaine’s identity. Each vintage invites a new artist to interpret and reflect the soul of the wines through their own creative lens.

LEDY VINS 2024/2025 LABELS

More about the wines..

Aligotés Versant des Ruines de l'abbaye St-Vivant 2025

The ultimate gourmand choice for those who crave pristine, mineral-driven whites. It is utterly delicate and precise, showing a brilliant crushed oyster shell character that screams for fresh seafood.

Savigny-lès-Beaune "Les Champs des Pruniers" 2024

Sourced from old vines planted back in 1955, delivering that rare combination of old-vine depth and bright, low-alcohol drinkability (12.5% ABV). It is packed with vivid energy and a surprisingly plump, generous fruit core that turns to darker, more savory tones on the finish.

Volnay 2024

Pure silk in a glass. A very compelling take on Volnay - though with just 300 bottles produced, it’s a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it allocation. Incredibly delicate, it uses 100% whole bunch fruit sourced across a beautiful puzzle of classic lieux-dits (Lurets, Paux Bois, Grands Poisots, and Petits Poisots).

Nuits-Saint-Georges "Le Côteau des Bois" 2024

Sourced from a steep limestone site, this shows just how thrilling younger vines can be when handled with 100% whole cluster fermentation. Highly vertical, it features a superb mineral spine and a crunchy, structural grip that makes the red fruit pop. It’s intense, refined, and deeply mineral-driven.

Chambolle-Musigny 2024

A substantial and serious new addition to the cellar, given a bit of extra shoulder from 20% new oak. A little shy on the nose at first, hinting at crushed stone, before expanding dramatically on the palate with superb density, texture, and structural poise.
