Les Plantes d’Oger comes from Dhondt-Grellet’s remarkable holdings in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, one of the most celebrated villages of the Côte des Blancs. Here, Chardonnay thrives in intensely chalky soils, producing Champagnes renowned for their precision, tension and distinctive mineral character. The 2021 vintage, shaped by a cool and challenging growing season, lends itself beautifully to Adrien Dhondt’s finely judged, terroir-driven style.

Bright and wonderfully focused, the wine opens with aromas of lemon zest, crisp green apple and white flowers, followed by subtle notes of brioche and freshly baked pastry. On the palate, layers of citrus and orchard fruit are carried by a striking chalky minerality and vibrant acidity. Saline, energetic and beautifully persistent, the finish is long and mouth-watering, leaving an unmistakable impression of Le Mesnil’s great chalk terroir.
