Layers of old cigar box, worn leather, and subtle earthy nuances unfold gracefully, creating a truly captivating aromatic profile.

Northern Rhône, France | 100% Viognier

A rare white from Pacalet’s unicorn project in the Rhône, this Condrieu is pure opulence: apricot, wildflower honey, and a lick of ginger spice. Rich yet never heavy, it carries Philippe’s benchmark acidity to keep everything fresh and agile.

Pacalet applies his signature Burgundian precision to the Rhône’s star white grape, crafting a wine that is both decadent and vibrant. Give it a couple of hours in a decanter, and witness the magic.

Northern Rhône | 100% Syrah

Still family-owned and now guided by its third generation, the domaine has entered a new chapter with the arrival of Paul Chifflet as head winemaker. The 2023 vintage marks his third release, yet he brings a wealth of experience, having honed his craft with Jean-Louis Chave. 

The 2023 Saint-Joseph Rouge is made from fruits hand-harvested across all five of the estates plots of land. Seductive notes of vanilla, cassis and gentle spice rise from the glass, while the palate is vibrant and fresh. The wine is framed by lively dark fruit and a fine mineral backbone. This is a beautifully poised Saint-Joseph that combines youthful energy with impressive pedigree.

Rhône Valley, France | 100% Grenache Noir | 99+ JD

For a serious, powerful, and authentic Rhône Valley red, this is the final word. The Clos Saint Antonin Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2019 is the flagship wine of the estate, made by the Sabon family, who are legendary masters of the appellation (they own Domaine de la Janasse).

This Châteauneuf is a concentrated expression of the terroir, built on the depth of 60-year-old Grenache vines. The 2019 vintage is famously structured and intense, and this wine delivers that promise with natural class.

Matt Walls (Decanter) calls it a "naturalistic expression of the terroir" with "sappy red berry fruit" and a "natural upsurge of power and muscle on the palate." A wine flirting with perfection as hinted by Jeb Dunnuck in his recent 99/100 points review - "An absolute dream of Châteauneuf du Pape".

What else to add? Give it a good decant and pair it with a serious roasted lamb or beef dish to experience its captivating intensity.
