Sourced from the slopes below the historic Abbaye de Saint-Vivant, Aurélie Ledy's Aligoté is a wine of remarkable purity and poise. Fermented with native yeasts and matured for six months in barrel, it offers an enticing balance of generosity and precision. Notes of gooseberry, crisp green apple and citrus are wrapped around a chalky minerality that gives the wine both energy and length, leaving a fresh, lingering finish.

Each bottle reflects Aurélie's desire to unite two great passions: winemaking and photography. The labels feature striking black and white images by Tajikistani-born photographer Anna Bakurova. The 2025 vintage pays tribute to the vines themselves and the intricate beauty of their branches. Like the wine within, the artwork is thoughtful, understated and quietly captivating.
