Facing east over the commune of Saint-Martin-sous-Montaigu, Le Châtelet is a sloping parcel planted with vines of varying ages, rooted in distinctive, pebble-strewn soils. Its aspect and unique terroir give this vineyard a particularly individual character.

Fresh and expressive, the wine opens with aromas of crisp green apple and grapefruit, underpinned by a pronounced mineral edge. Refreshing and vibrant on the palate, it displays a natural, delicate haze, the result of being bottled without fining or filtration; adding to its wonderfully pure and unadorned expression.
