Situated on the edge of several Premier Cru vineyards near Savigny-lès-Beaune, the Bourgogne Côte d’Or Entre Deux is a new addition to the Si tu Sais range. Produced in exceptionally limited quantities, just 680 bottles were made.

Made from 100% Pinot Noir, do not be deceived by its delicate colour. Lean, restrained and beautifully precise, the wine reflects the cooler character of the 2024 vintage. Aromas of red cherry, redcurrant and plum lead the way, while notes of thyme, rosemary and cedar emerge as the wine opens in the glass. Elegant and finely poised, with a wonderful sense of freshness and purity.
