New for the 2024 vintage, Si tu Sais introduces Bourgogne Chardonnay Champs Dorés. Sourced from vines on the eastern edge of the village of Mercurey in the Côte Chalonnaise, the Chardonnay grapes grows amid fields of grain, lending a distinctive sense of place to this tiny-production cuvée.

In the glass, Champs Dorés reveals a beautiful golden hue, with enticing aromas of yellow peach, mirabelle plum, ripe lemon and honeysuckle. With time, subtle notes of gingerbread emerge, adding warmth and complexity. Textured and expressive, the palate combines generous ripe fruit with freshness and poise.
