From a sun-kissed slope in the heart of CDN, this is Pinot with shoulders – dark cherry, crushed violet, and a spine of juicy acidity that keeps it lively. A whisper of new oak (just enough to frame the fruit without bossing it around) and those judiciously used whole clusters give it this perfumed lift.

There’s so much coiled energy here – Black cherries, black plums, and blackcurrant mix with a touch of Christmas pudding spices. Drinking so well that it would be a sin not to pop the cork now and share it with friends.
