Laurent Pataille has embraced Fixin’s distinctive terroir to craft a wine of charm, depth and immediate appeal. Approachable yet thought-provoking, it offers far more than first impressions suggest. The bouquet is generous and inviting, with aromas of summer berries: strawberry, blackberry, and black cherry rising from the glass. With time, deeper layers emerge, subtle notes of vanilla, sous bois and savoury hints of game. All of these characteristics add complexity and intrigue to the wine.
