Sourced from the vineyards of Chambrecy, Damery, Cumières and Hautvillers, Laval's Garennes is a perpetual blend stretching back to 2013 topped up with the 2023 vintage to add precision and freshness. Aged for ten months in oak barrels and finishing with a minimal dosage of just 1g/L this is a truly expressive Champagne.

Beautifully textured, with aromas of ripe red apple, plums alongside chalky minerality and savouriness. On the palate the Champagne is taut and energetic, with a fine mousse and pronounced saline character. Bright acidity and stony freshness brings precision and tension, leading to a long, savoury and persistent finish.
