Join us for an intimate evening celebrating one of Burgundy’s most captivating and increasingly sought-after grape varietals: Aligoté. Hosted at the acclaimed Poon's at Somerset House, this convivial dinner will explore the purity, energy and remarkable versatility of Aligoté through a curated line-up, paired alongside Poon’s distinctive cuisine.
The evening will begin and end with a grower Champagne. During the main event, guests will be guided through three carefully selected Aligotés from Burgundy’s most exciting producers:
- 2021, Yann Durieux, Love & Pif
- 2023, Si tu Sais, Bourgogne Aligoté Les Vris
- 2023, Laurent Pataille Bourgogne Aligoté
However, there is one condition... guests are encouraged to bring a bottle of Aligoté from their own cellar to rival the line-up! Whether rare, mature, obscure or quietly brilliant... feel free to bring a bottle along and showcase it.
