Jobard-Morey's, 2023 Hautes Côtes de Beaune Rouge is a wonderfully fragrant wine, with ripe cherry and red fruits accompanied by delicate rose petals, orange peel and subtle herbal spice. The palate is supple and elegant, with fine-grained tannins, bright freshness and a wonderfully juicy finish.

Sourced from a high-altitude parcel at around 400 metres, directly above Auxey-Duresses, the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Rouge is produced from 100% Pinot Noir. The wine is fully destemmed before gentle extraction and 12 months’ ageing in barrel, with 20% new oak.
