La Rogerie brings together two great winemaking traditions: Champagne precision from François Petit and the renowned Alsatian heritage of Justine Boxler's family. Produced from just 0.3 hectares of old vines in the south-facing Grand Cru Florimont vineyard, this Riesling is deeply rooted in clay and limestone soils.
Small yields and careful élevage in seasoned Champagne barrels allows the vineyard's unique terroir to shine. Pure, refined and intensely mineral, the wine is layered in ripe citrus, white peach and pineapple over a striking saline core. Concentrated yet beautifully poised, it finishes with vibrant acidity.
