In the glass, aromas of white pepper and fresh mint evolve into a finely textured palate. Extended 48 months of lees ageing allow for depth, complexity and subtle brioche notes to develop. Slow fermentation enhances the wine's richness without compromising its vibrant energy, culminating in to a long, precise finish.
