Sourced from the Les Etalles and La Champagne vineyards in Marsannay-la-Côte, this organically farmed Aligoté is crafted with Pataille’s signature precision and minimal-intervention philosophy. The wine is aged for 21 months in French oak, yet retains the freshness and crystalline character that make the variety so captivating.

On the nose, the aromas are lifted and expressive, revealing delicate white blossom, bright citrus fruits and a distinct saline minerality.
