An alumnus of the Sommelier Society of America with an advanced-level certificate. Philippe embarked on his professional odyssey at the tender age of 23. His debut? The sommelier role at Chez Moi, nestled within the chic confines of London’s Holland Park, boasts one Michelin star.

Philippe’s journey through the hospitality industry is marked by a series of prestigious appointments. From the legendary Le Bec Fin in Philadelphia where his vision as Wine Director was lauded, to the sophisticated Adour by Alain Ducasse at the St. Regis Hotel in New York City, Philippe’s tenure as sommelier spanned an impressive five years.
His leadership prowess shone brightly as the General Manager of the Burgundy Wine Company, where his acumen in curating stellar wine selections was undisputed. Consulting for up-and-coming establishments like New York’s 21 Grams, Philippe’s talent in building acclaimed wine lists has been sought after far and wide.
