The San Salvatore estate is 24 glorious hectares of vineyards in the Cilento and Vallo di Diano National Park. Alongside the vines they cultivate olives, orchards and vegetables, and have a herd of buffalo. The estate is 100% chemical-free, using biodynamic preparations.
