Private Clients Sale Manager – London<\/strong><\/h6>\n

A fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing Fine Wine & Spirits specialist. We are looking for a full-time Private Client Manager with a proven track record of successful selling to private clients. Self-motivated and driven, you will demonstrate a real love of wine, an in-depth knowledge of the UK wine market and very strong selling skills.<\/p>\n

We are looking for the next member of our family who will embrace our agencies, from emerging producers to Iconic estates, live by our demanding standards, values and deliver effortless excellence. You will champion classical and non-classical winemaking techniques and have an in-depth knowledge of the wine world.<\/p>\n

We are looking for someone professional who will fit our customer base and team. You will treat your customers as part of your team, anticipate their needs and make them your own. You will accompany them in their everyday business and communicate accordingly to our support team.<\/p>\n

Key responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h6>\n

\u2022Develop new business opportunities and grow your portfolio profitably<\/p>\n

\u2022Meet performance targets<\/p>\n

\u2022Monitor customer trading<\/p>\n

\u2022Increase the visibility of our agencies with private clients<\/p>\n

\u2022Provide excellent customer service by being actively in contact with your clients<\/p>\n

\u2022Organise and support private client dinners during our producers on market visits<\/p>\n

\u2022Actively support our events throughout the year<\/p>\n

\u2022Account management – maintain relationships with customers post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and obtain referrals. Taking ownership of the customer<\/p>\n

\u2022Generate sales leads by building strong relationships with potential and existing customers through a variety of channels, e.g. networking, social media, referrals, warm and cold calling<\/p>\n

You Must Be:<\/strong><\/h6>\n

\u2022Well connected and have a good reputation within our industry<\/p>\n

\u2022Knowledgeable (equivalent to WSET Advanced )<\/p>\n

\u2022Highly motivated and proactive<\/p>\n

\u2022A strong negotiator with sound commercial acumen<\/p>\n

\u2022Able to communicate confidently externally and internally<\/p>\n

\u2022Organised with good time management skills and initiative<\/p>\n

\u2022Have an existing network of active UK clients<\/p>\n

\u2022Competence in Social Media platforms preferred<\/p>\n

\u2022Numerate and analytical with good computer skills<\/p>\n

\u2022Impeccably mannered to represent Wine Source values<\/p>\n

\u2022Reporting to the Head of Private Client<\/p>\n

\u2022Sales and account management role<\/p>\n

\u2022 Office-based role ( 4 days minimum) – currently based in Bedford Square, London<\/p>\n

\u2022Salary depending on experience + commission<\/p>\n
