France Operations Manager
Eva’s first step into the world of wine was as a sommelier in Paris, learning her passion under Philippe Faure-Brac (World’s Best Sommelier Rio, 1992), at 3* Pavillon Ledoyen. A stint at Alain Ducasse at La Trattoria Toscana in Tuscany allowed her to discover Italian culture, before she moved to the UK to learn English for one year… then stayed for five.
Her experiences in London included managing The Bleeding Heart, before becoming Director and Head Sommelier at 110 Taillevent. Now in Bordeaux, Eva has joined Wine Source to enhance operations, and support Melchior Club activities. As well as the grape, her passions include travelling, cigars, boxing, volleyball, and practising classical ballet and yoga.
