We are currently recruiting for the following roles:

Sales Support Administrator

The successful candidate will be representing the company, its brands and values to Head Sommeliers, Purchasing Teams and High Net Worth Individuals. This is a fantastic opportunity to discover the world of fine wine and to be part of a young and dynamic team in a fast growing environment. 

Key responsibilities

  • Processing in bond and duty paid orders and deliveries across the hospitality sector, to private individuals and other wine merchant; 
  • Liaising with bonded warehouses internationally: following up and solving delivery issues, receiving new stock from suppliers; 
  • General stock control plus stock take and reconciliation across UK warehouses
  • Processing sales invoices and tracking customer payments including using telephone portals to take customer payments 
  • Dealing with all aspects of customer service by email and over the phone
  • Supporting tasting hospitality led and private client events
  • Responding to ad hoc queries to ensure office runs smoothly 
  • Organising team social events  
  • Orders preparation and stock inspection 
  • Supporting the team in relation to pricing 


  • The role would ideally suit someone looking to make the transition from an in house hospitality background or wine retailer that is looking to take the next step in their career;
  • Must have a firm understanding of the wine industry and and private cellars (duty, handling, bonded warehouse and VAT) 
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a keen eye for Fine Wines from around the world and vintages; 
  • A proactive positive problem solver that can adapt to changing circumstances;
  • Familiarity with LCB and Octavian Vision software is a plus, but not essential.
  • Educational level: Bachelor degree minimum
  • Ability to learn new systems and adapt current knowledge to our bespoke software
  • Strong knowledge of Excel 
  • Fluency in English and French speaking a plus
  • UK/EU passport or authorisation to work in UK

  • Flexible working with 3 days in central London office 2 days working from home
